Code of Conduct

We hold our team to the standards expected of qualified professionals — and a few additional principles that reflect how we choose to work.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Independence and integrity

Every team member acts with independence and integrity, free from undue influence by clients, intermediaries, or third parties.

2. Confidentiality

Client information is privileged and confidential. It is shared only on a need-to-know basis within the firm and only with the client's consent outside the firm.

3. Conflicts of interest

Conflicts are checked before any engagement begins. Where a conflict exists, we decline the engagement or, where permissible, obtain informed consent from all affected parties.

4. Continuous learning

Tax and legal practice changes constantly. Team members are expected to maintain CPE/CPD credits and stay current on regulatory developments.

5. Respectful workplace

Harassment, discrimination, and retaliation are not tolerated — internally or with clients, vendors, and counterparties.
