1. Pre-engagement consultations
Initial 30-minute consultations are free of charge. No payment is processed at that stage and no refund is required.
2. Fixed-fee engagements
If we have not commenced work, the engagement may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After work has commenced, refunds are pro-rated based on stage of completion.
3. Government fees and disbursements
Government fees, statutory dues, and out-of-pocket disbursements paid on your behalf are non-refundable once incurred.
4. How to request a refund
Email accounts@swiftledger.ai with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are processed within seven working days to the original payment method.
