Each professional engagement is documented through a written engagement letter that defines scope, timelines, fees, and the responsible professional. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to act for you until that engagement letter is signed.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes and out-of-pocket expenses unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within seven days unless agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftLedger's aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu.
